We do not offer exchanges via the return form. If you want a different size or color, please order it new from our shop and return the original item to us.

Returns

For a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Mark the items on the return form
  2. Place the items in the original packaging
  3. Create the return label

Exchange

If you want a different size or color, follow these steps:

  1. Order the desired size or color directly from our shop.
  2. Follow the same steps as above for returning the original item.

Refund

The refund will be processed as soon as possible after receiving and handling your return. This can take up to 14 days. You will receive a notification once the processing is complete.

Important Notes

  • Items should be returned in their original condition.
  • Please use the original packaging.
  • Garments that are worn directly on the skin should only be tried on over your own clothing.
  • The item must still have the original tag attached.

Complaint

If you have a complaint, e.g., due to damage to the item or quality defects, we will cover the return costs in case of a warranty claim.

Please always coordinate the procedure with our customer service and do not send any items back to us without prior arrangement. Keep the item ready for return and contact us directly at the following email address: service@tomfyfe.com. We will prioritize your request and handle it as quickly as possible.

Please provide your order number, ideally directly in the subject line of the email, and send photos if necessary to explain and document your complaint.

Please mark the items you will be returning on the delivery note/return slip. Please tell us the reason for the return so that we can optimize our products. We do not offer free returns for orders from the EU. Make sure that your return can be tracked.

The refund may take up to 14 days after we receive and process your return.

Contact our customer service and do not send any goods back freight collect. Include your order number and, if necessary, photos for documentation.
